GETTING TO KNOW YOU      

We always start with a virtual celebration to get to know you and your partner. We will ask all about your love story and get to know who you are first, and your vision for your day second. Planning a wedding involves the most intimate parts of leaning into who you are and we spend a lot of time together, so we want to make sure that we are mutually the best fit for each other.

CREATING YOUR PACKAGE     

Based on the style of planning you are looking for and the elements you need assistance with most, we create a package that is mindful of style, needs, budget, and time. Our couples don’t fit into boxes and neither should your package.

If everything looks great, you sign, pay your first deposit and we are ready to rock and roll.

ONBOARDING TO THE LABEL

We will begin to create an online account for you to access all of your checklists, documents, tasks, resources and email and chat access.
While we begin your onboarding we will send over a few questionnaires for you to fill out so that we can begin building your documents and design process.

Once we are ready with your documents to begin diving into planning (usually 7-10 days after receiving your questionnaires back) we will set up your first Details Call, or what we call, building the edges of your planning puzzle as the next months of planning involve filing in the missing pieces.

DETAILS CALL WITH PLANNERS

In your first call you can expect to go through the following items to outline the goals and work backwards.
We will go through your budget and where to allocate top priority items.
We will discuss a brief expectation for your timeline and flow of the day.
We will share our design board we have created based on what we know so far. This will become more in depth as we plan!
Lastly we will walk you through your planning platform and set expectations for the months ahead.

PLANNING YOUR DREAM TOGETHER

We always recommend grabbing your favorite drink and your partner and setting aside times to intentionally be present with us as we dive into your wedding plans. We promise to make this fun and engaging for you rather than another task to check off. It is our job to keep you on track and we will schedule and book these meetings but we ask from you for your full attention and that you be ready to party! Every planning flow will be unique to each couple, but throughout the planning experience it should always be enjoyable for you!

WE CAN’T WAIT TO WORK TOGETHER AND CREATE MAGIC                   

  • Depending on the package we have created, this may vary. Typically your Lead Planner is established upon creation of your package, however if we ever do a hand off with another planner on our team this will be discussed upon booking. We are a very family oriented team. At some point you will hear from other planners on our team as we all contribute strong skill sets that are beneficial to your planning process.

  • Long story short, the answer is YES! (with limits)

    We can always tweak the planning style for what is best for you. If you prefer to communicate more by email rather than calls or need extra help with something not originally set in your package we can adjust and add on support as needed. We know that things come up in life and we want to support you the best we can, however we will make sure there is a minimum of specific meetings required to set you up for the best success so that we can get the information needed to plan and establish clear communication.

  • We always start with your desired planning style in mind to determine how many meetings we will have. From here we break your package down into hours needed on site for event days, the hours that go into preparation for research, vendor communication, designing and more. With custom packages designed to your needs, this will always vary on our level of involvement, however we always will recommend a minimum package of hours needed for us to communicate properly and set you up for success.

  • As soon as you inquire with us, communication starts. We want to make sure that you have all your questions answered and feel confident going into becoming a Label Babe.

    No matter the amount of hours your package includes, you can always contact us at any point leading up to your wedding. We are always here to answer questions and be a voice of reason.

  • Although each package is custom and we may have more documents for one than the other, we always at the minimum include the following:
    - Budget Tracker
    - Checklist (12 months out)
    - Vendor Recommendations
    - Mini Planning Guide with industry tips
    - Community Group to ask and view questions with other couples and advice from your planning team
