Our Teams Values start with a Good Time. It is a critical part of our personality to be your cheerleader, therapist, friend and keep you grounded, encouraged, and excited. When working with us, we take our jobs very seriously, but ourselves- not so much!

No matter which package you hired us for, we always set you up with the right tools so that you can plan with ease. We believe that setting expectations and educating you early on our world is a necessity when getting started, and the ultimate need to stay relaxed and stress free. Even our smallest package begins with a outlined call.

You hired us for a reason. You have to trust that we are going to knock it out of the park!
You wouldn't tell your home contractors how to build the support beams would you? Maybe you'd tell them if you wanted the door way shaped like an arch, but you would trust them to do it for you.
When you trust your vendor team the result is ALWAYS in your favor.

Depending on the package we have created, this may vary. Typically your Lead Planner is established upon creation of your package, however if we ever do a hand off with another planner on our team this will be discussed upon booking. We are a very family oriented team. At some point you will hear from other planners on our team as we all contribute strong skill sets that are beneficial to your planning process.

Long story short, the answer is YES! (with limits)
We can always tweak the planning style for what is best for you. If you prefer to communicate more by email rather than calls or need extra help with something not originally set in your package we can adjust and add on support as needed. We know that things come up in life and we want to support you the best we can, however we will make sure there is a minimum of specific meetings required to set you up for the best success so that we can get the information needed to plan and establish clear communication.
We have tons of add ons we can add individually as we plan. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with all planning tools in whatever shapes and forms -
We always start with your desired planning style in mind to determine how many meetings we will have. This is determined by calls, meetings, emails, or snail mail. From here we break your package down into hours needed to be on site for event days, the hours that go into preparation for research, vendor communication, designing and more. With custom packages designed to your needs, this will always vary on our level of involvement, however we always will recommend a minimum package of hours needed for us to communicate properly and set you up for success.

As soon as you inquire with us, communication starts. We want to make sure that you have all your questions answered and feel confident going into becoming a Label Babe.
No matter the amount of hours your package includes, you can always contact us at any point leading up to your wedding. We are always here to answer questions and be a voice of reason.
If you begin to require ample attention to emails and messages that take our time away, we may encourage you to book more hours with us or increase your package. We try not to be "lawyers" and strict with our time we give to you, but we do have to stay in line with the style of package you booked unless increased. -
